Dear Theresa

Bernard, Ben and I met last Saturday (Tony was away to Port Stephens for business) to discuss your last message regarding Father Deane.  We also reviewed the constitution of SLOBA Hong Kong which Ben finally received from Albert Hong.  Ben will be forwarding the documents (including the constitution) to his accountant for registration of  SLOBA Australia on Tuesday, 8th Dec, 1998.  As soon as the registration is completed, we will apply for a web-site in name of SLOBA Australia.

We are anxious to meet you when you return to learn more about the current situation of Father Deane. I will go to Hong Kong on the 12th Dec till 30th Dec.  Therefore please contact Bernard, Tony and Ben when you are back. I have already relayed your message to Hong Kong and will meet the Old Boys there to discuss Father's situation.  It is difficult for us to tell what is the most practical course of action we can take in the best interest of Father Deane.  So if you come up with more specific ideas after you have met with Bernard, Tony and Ben here in Sydney, please contact me in Hong Kong so that the Old Boys can be updated.  I will leave my contact in Hong Kong with Tony.

Both Bernard and Ben are of the opinion that anti-depressant may be helpful to Father and they are prepared to talk to his doctor in Ireland to suggest the use of anti-depressant. They will wait till you return before they call his doctor.

Best Regard

Alex Wong.
