Please find herewith a recent fax from Bosco Keown regarding the latest condition of Fr Deane in Ireland. As you can see from the fax, Father's situtation is pretty miserable and his condition demands a more attentive and personal care in order to have a better quality of life. Of course it is a matter of personal judgement as one may see it as "sending coal on a snowy day" or "sending flowers on a sunny day".
Please pass on the fax to Winston Chu and SLOBA when you next meet. Hopefully we can very soon work out something more positive for Fr Deane. By the way Anthony Liu will be back in Hong Kong in the first week of April to meet Fr Foster. He will contact Winston and SLOBA to follow up the "invitation" and to get Fr Foster's support.
